LANDMAR GROUP HOSTS HOLIDAY COOKIE TASTE TOUR AT SOUTHEAST GEORGIA COMMUNITIES

ST. MARYS, Georgia – LandMar is hosting a Holiday Cookie Taste Tour to showcase its stunning coastal communities of Winding River and Osprey Cove in Southeast Georgia.

Both communities will host a model home tour from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1. The tour will lead visitors through each community’s model homes, where freshly baked sweets and holiday refreshments will be available. Winding River’s Savannah Club will also host several holiday festivities, including a tree trimming and amenity center decorating party, a visit with Santa Claus and decorating demonstrations for holiday wreaths and gingerbread cookies.

“We invite everyone to Winding River and Osprey Cove to kick off the holiday season with activities for the entire family,” said LandMar Southeast Georgia Regional Manager Ed Blakely. “The events will give visitors the opportunity to tour our model homes, learn about our special fall promotion and discover the spectacular amenities within both communities.”

The activities will begin at 10 a.m. in Winding River’s Savannah Club with a tree trimming and amenity center decorating party. Following these events, the clubhouse will turn into a holiday hub with a special appearance by Santa Claus and activities for the entire family. Visitors will have an opportunity to decorate their own gingerbread cookies and holiday wreaths during the decorating demonstrations taking place throughout the day.

Winding River’s Savannah Club is a recreational facility unlike any other in Southeast Georgia. The club features a heated junior Olympic-sized swimming pool with beach entry and a fitness center outfitted with the latest exercise equipment.
